As the national standards and accreditation body, SPRING also develops and promotes internationally-recognised standards and quality assurance to enhance competitiveness and facilitate trade.

Launched in Jan 2008, as a key part of SPRING Business Leaders Initiative, the Executive Development Scholarship (EDS) was designed to attract and nurture enterprising young talents who aspire to be the future business leaders in our high growth local enterprises.
